This is what the app will look like when you first log in.

It will ask you to add your idol but when you search ONEWE you will not get a result ): So we need to request for ONEWE to be added!

Go back to the home page and click on the three lines on the upper left corner to reach the Menu

Then click on the cog icon on the upper right corner to reach Settings

Once you are in Settings click on the first bar for Inquiries

Click on “Make an Inquiry” to get the text box. Your inquiry can be something like this:

Please add ONEWE, and the members (Yonghoon, Harin, Kanghyun, Dongmyeong, and CyA) to the app so they can participate in votings and events.

Thank you.

Then click OK

You can check if your Inquiry went through by clicking on My inquiry history. After a few days you should get a reply back from the app. The reply will say something pertaining to ONEWE needing to be active and more people needing the request them. The more people request ONEWE the more likely it is they will be added to the app.

Once ONEWE is added you can focus on earning hearts. To check your hearts and earn hearts go to the heart icon in the upper right corner of the home page.

Here you can check your hearts and earn or buy hearts. You can earn hearts now by watching ads and through daily attendance. There are also events where you can earn hearts that happen frequently in the app.

When you first sign up you can also win hearts by clicking on the tutorial hearts. These will be hearts that float on screen, you simply click on them and they are added to your heart total. 🙂
